Service Limitations:

Availability varies by location (USA and Canada only)

Services require on-site access to your property

We work with customer-purchased equipment from all major brands

3. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for quotes and bookings

Ensure safe access to your property for our technicians

Have necessary WiFi network and power available

Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations

4. Payments & Refunds
Pricing: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers

Cancellations:

24+ hours notice: Full refund

Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee

Refunds: Issued for service errors, subject to review

5. Warranties & Liabilities
Service Warranty: 90-day labor warranty on installations

Product Warranty: Covered by manufacturer terms (we assist with setup)

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for:

Third-party product malfunctions

Unforeseen property damage (if proper access was granted)

System failures due to customer misuse or network issues

6. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, text, images) is owned by Camera Solutions Inc.

Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited

7. Third-Party Service Provider
We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with any security camera manufacturers. Our services include professional installation and setup assistance for customer-owned equipment.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Safety concerns

Non-payment

Harassment of staff

9. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: Texas, USA

Mediation: Disputes will first attempt resolution via mediation

Legal Action: If unresolved, disputes will be settled in El Paso County courts

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance.
